Orca Print Notes publishes practical notes, calibration walkthroughs and browser-based calculators for people who use OrcaSlicer and other FDM slicers.

Who writes this site

Orca Print Notes is the publisher and default author of every page on this site. Each guide is written as a working reference: the settings, the order to change them, and the signs that tell you whether a change helped.

Where official information lives

OrcaSlicer downloads and release notes are published by the OrcaSlicer project on GitHub. Product bugs and feature requests belong in the project’s issue tracker.

How pages are sourced

Pages separate cited project documentation from our own explanation. When a page describes a test, measurement or result, it says where that evidence came from.

Calculator pages run their arithmetic in your browser. They help you interpret values you already measured; confirm the result with a test print on your machine.

Corrections

Each guide links to the OrcaSlicer documentation or support recipe behind its settings. If one of those links has moved, the OrcaSlicer project’s GitHub repository is the place to find the current source.
